I’m a product designer with a specialism in user research. I love uncovering how people think, feel, and behave, and using those insights to create digital experiences that make sense. My work sits at the intersection of research, strategy, and design, helping teams move from vague ideas to confident, evidence backed solutions.
I’ve designed digital tools ranging from a networking app for high wealth institutional investors, to business tools for automotive service departments.
My process combines qualitative insight, data driven reasoning, and hands on prototyping to enable user centric decision making that meets business goals. I enjoy working end to end, defining problems and testing assumptions through to iterating potential solution and building out real interactions that tell a story. I’m also curious about how AI can support user journeys in a meaningful and impactful way.
